Adults in Action

a day program for Exceptional Adults

To love and be loved,
To serve and be served

What is Adults in action?

Many times when individuals with special needs transition out of high school they are left without social outlets, structure, or meaningful activities.  Adults in Action is a Christ-centered program that seeks to provide a place where adults can find friendship and serve others while learning about the wonders of our world.

• AIA is staffed with caring people experienced in teaching and serving individuals with special needs.

• AIA meets from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

• AIA meets at Fayetteville First UMC.

• AIA costs $50 per day.

Activities at AIA include chapel time, instructional time, cooking, cleaning, art, music, community service and outings.
